Trello is a task-management application that gives you a visual overview of projects and tasks. It utilizes boards, lists and cards to help you organize and prioritize projects. We use Trello for ALL of our client projects. We keep client communication, drafts, final files, timelines, etc. in each of our project Trello boards so everything is in one place (say goodbye to emailing back and forth!). Trello has been a GAME-CHANGER when it comes to working with our clients. They always appreciate how organized and easy everything is during their project. Things is a personal task-manager that helps you achieve your goals. We have this app downloaded on our phones + ipads (it’s available on Desktop, too!). For each of our clients we put together a ‘project’ and separate out the tasks due each day. It syncs with your calendar so you can see exactly what needs to be done on a day-by-day basis while also being able to see any appointments or calls you have those days. Every Sunday we put our client projects and daily tasks for those projects into the Things app so we’re prepared for the week! Download by searching ‘Things’ in the app store.
There are MANY social media planning apps, but at the moment we are using UNUM. We have to admit, we’re not the *best* at planning for social here at High Moon Studio, but we always put our IG feed together in UNUM to make sure we have a cohesive and beautiful feed. When we’re really feeling organized we write our captions in the app with each photo so we don’t have to worry about it later. Download by searching ‘UNUM’ in the app store.
