01. — request quote
Complete the form here to request a quote for your project.
02. — discovery call
If your project details align with what we offer, our project manager will reach out via email to schedule a discovery call.
03. — Proposal & timeline
After the discovery call our team prepares a custom proposal & timeline for your project, sent to you via email with a video walkthrough.
04. — Contract & booking
When the proposal is approved, you’ll be sent a contract to review & sign in order to book your project.
05. — Onboarding & workshop
When the project is booked, you’ll get access to your custom Notion board with a link to schedule your 3-hour brand workshop call.
06. — Strategy & direction
The team puts together your official Brand Map [strategy], and once approved, begins developing the creative direction for your brand.
07. — Concepting & design
When the creative direction is approved, we move forward into the concepting and creative design process.
08. — Development
When the designs are finalized, we move into the development process.
09. — Launch
Your new brand officially launches to the public.
10. — growth
After your brand launches, we have a conversation about how High Moon Studio can help further the growth of your brand through our monthly retainer packages.
